AMENDMENT to the BYLAWS

After attempts to pursuade the Board to have call a Special Meeting of the Windermere Oaks POA Members, to change the Bylaws to enact spending and assessing guidance, the CFF group hired a division of the firm of Ambrust & Brown's, that specializes in Associations, to advise and assist in the document preparation, calling the special meeting, and presiding at the meeting.
